Lundy's Restaurant is seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. We are a high-volume, fine dining seafood restaurant built on exceptional hospitality, polished service, and genuine guest experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, enjoys coaching and developing teams, and understands that great hospitality starts the moment a guest walks through the door. While this position includes some administrative responsibilities, its primary focus is leading service, running the dining room, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during daily service.
• Run the dining room and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Manage the host stand and oversee reservations, seating, and guest flow.
• Coach, mentor, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Uphold and enforce fine dining service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
• Work closely with senior leadership to continuously improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Front of House management experience required.
• Fine dining experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams.
• Experience running a host stand and managing reservations and pacing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure with a hands-on leadership style.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
