Business Intelligence Analyst II

Job Title Reporting to the Manager of Personalized Offers, this role will facilitate the on-going execution of Personalized Offer initiatives with the goal of driving deeper relationships with customers by leveraging exclusivity to inspire incremental engagement. This individual will shape the marketing strategy and oversee the day-to-day execution of initiatives for our corporate promotions. They will have a passion for project execution and the process of our ever-growing portfolio of promos. They will be able to lead, test, and implement the calendar of promos set by the strategy of the larger team. Additionally, they will bring personalization initiatives to life to increase active customer engagement, decrease churn, and re-engage inactive customers. Essential Job Accountabilities: Activate business to business (B2B) programs that strengthen lifetime value, enhance the corporate customer’s travel journey, and inspires engagement 30% Collaborate with key stakeholders for B2B promotional partnerships and share out program goals and performance 10% Execution of integrated internal and external marketing plans for essential corporate offers (i.e. announcements, communications, etc.) including cross-functional collaboration 15% Maintain knowledge of portfolio of competitive landscape; packages those insights into conclusions and organizes as a story in a slide deck to present to key leadership 15% Oversee the creative and content execution across key Client-owned and paid channels (i.e. websites, emails display ads, corporate templates, etc.) 10% Maintain and manage offer analysis dashboards and report up on key insights that will help us to forecast and alter our offer portfolio. 10% Actively seeks new opportunities and process improvements to the challenges of promotion/offer execution and suggests future enhancements 10% Education: Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, or similar Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in B2B marketing Qualifications / Certifications / Licenses: Visualization tools – Tableau, Spotfire, Foundry Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong executive project management skills. Must be able to provide structure, be proactive, navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholders, and coach creation of appropriate professional collateral; able to oscillate between “in the weeds” analyses and big-picture thinking Proven ability to navigate and influence internal and external networks; experience developing and leading stakeholder relationships through establishing lasting and impactful partnerships Exceptional written and verbal communication, active listening, critical thinking, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and facilitating decision making Respects, appreciates and is curious about differences related to working with others Humility, resilience, learners mind, thrives in creating structure from ambiguity Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with one or more reporting tools – Spotfire, Tableau, Foundry or similar (SPSS, Stata, etc) Samprasoft
