CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support clinical staff by assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments following infection control protocols.
• Support medication administration and documentation as directed by nurses.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety regulations.
• Wear identification badges and adhere to all required health and safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification and active license.
• Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill contract commitments.
• Must provide a valid state or federal issued ID and comply with vaccination requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions precisely and demonstrate compassion in patient care.
