What You’ll Be Doing As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of our store are seamless. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations. Leading and motivating team members during shifts to ensure top-notch performance. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns with professionalism. Managing cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy. Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to keep our store well-stocked and inviting. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike. Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching team members to help them succeed. Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who brings energy, reliability, and leadership to the table. Here’s what we’re hoping to see in you: Experience: At least 1 year of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience. Supervisory or management experience is a plus! Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
