Phlebotomist

WVU Medicine is seeking a phlebotomist to join its clinical labs team in Bridgeport, WV. The role focuses on blood and blood culture collection, along with non-blood samples such as urine, sputum, semen, and throat swabs, while ensuring proper chain of custody. The successful candidate will perform venipunctures and skin punctures promptly and with patient care in mind, labeling specimens at collection and using basic lab equipment.
