NurseCore is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Ocala team!We’re looking for caring and dedicated CNAs to provide quality support and assistance to our friends at the VA. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and punctual, with a true passion for helping others. - W2 Employment: As a W2 employee, you’ll be covered under our liability insurance, receive employer-paid taxes, and enjoy overtime and holiday pay*.
Bonuses Available:
Retention Bonus:
Work an average of 30 hours weekly and receive a yearly bonus.
RN: $750
LPN: $500
CNA/HHA: $250
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care – Provide compassionate and competent support that builds trust and confidence with patients. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and meal support. Help patients with mobility needs such as ambulation, turning, and repositioning.
- Professional Development – Maintain required certifications and specialized training. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, based on the patient’s care plan or assigned area. Qualifications:
- Current CNA licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Florida
- AHCA Clearence
- Current CPR card
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
- Background Screening Information:
This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
