Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a school-based setting near Monument, CO. This rewarding contract position offers a full-time schedule, working five days per week across one or two campuses that are conveniently located less than a mile apart. You'll provide skilled, evidence-based interventions primarily for students in grades K-3, including a few secondary students, focusing on mild to moderate communication needs.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative approaches to student care
• Comfort working with K-3 students as well as some secondary-aged students
• Strong skills in articulation and pragmatic language interventions
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and direct therapy sessions for students with mild to moderate speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals with a focus on articulation and pragmatic language skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s communication goals
• Provide services across one or two nearby campuses, ensuring continuity of care
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes in accordance with district and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
