Role Description The Dental Office Manager is a full-time, role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more dental practices to ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and adherence to clinical and administrative standards. This role includes coordinating appointment scheduling and patient flow, supervising and supporting administrative staff, and managing communication between patients, dental providers, and support teams. The Dental Office Manager monitors key performance metrics, handles billing and insurance coordination in partnership with centralized teams, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position also involves resolving patient concerns, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices that support excellent dental care and a positive experience for patients and staff. Qualifications Candidates must possess strong skills in Dental Practice Management and Practice Management, including experience overseeing daily operations of dental or medical offices. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, support clinical staff, and manage conflict professionally. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Dental Care workflows and terminology to effectively coordinate with dental providers and support accurate patient services. Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple locations or providers, and meet performance goals. Candidates should possess proficiency with practice management software, electronic records systems, and basic office technology.
