nThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, installation and service of HVAC and plumbing projects

- tsWork closely with clients to anticipate and avoid problems, and quickly solve problems if any ari
- seUnderstand the client's needs and goals and that of his/her organizati
- onAssist in developing design approaches and concep
- tsWork with client to develop additional wo
- rkEnsure all projects are completed on time and within budg
- etAct as technical lead, while providing guidance and improving workflow process
- esConduct routine site visits, maintain project database with necessary information, updates as well as timelines and other required documentati
- onCoordinate with managers to schedule, plan and assign appropriate personn
