Compensation and Benefits Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of guest/patient services, hiring, training, evaluating, and discharging associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, financial management and reporting, addressing customer complaints, and managing a minimum of two associates. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service experience consistently on all shifts. Allocate labor resources efficiently to support service delivery and reduce staffing levels when required. Recruit, hire, train, and coach associates, providing feedback, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals. Maintain productive working relationships with clients’ staff and maintain client satisfaction. Drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover. Ensure accurate revenue collection, shift reports, cash drops, and compliance with controls for scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping. Qualifications Education – Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. Licensure & Certification – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Work Experience – Minimum one year related hospitality experience. Knowledge – Towne Park safety, security, driving policies, equipment training, claim check and ticketing procedures, customer service principles, HIPAA confidentiality policies, and business metrics. Skills – Manual transmission driving, computer proficiency (MS Office, POS), effective presentation and communication skills, ability to read and interpret business policies, maintain accuracy under pressure, and drive safety compliance. Authority and Responsibilities Operates independently with minimal supervision; makes day‑to‑day operational and financial decisions. Hires, discharges, and disciplines associates as needed. Has control over limited resources allocated to the site. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Must be able to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or 25 pounds frequently. Works mainly in climate‑controlled environments with occasional inclement weather exposure. Travel up to 10% may be required.
