Overview Temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer position on a 4‑to‑6 month contract with potential to become permanent based on business needs. Location West Omaha, beautiful office. Onsite hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (some flexibility with 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Responsibilities Recruit for professional positions. Act as a strong sourcer, proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other hiring tools. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience sourcing talent. Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other hiring tools. Must be located in Omaha.
