Preparing cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc. Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc. Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly. Complying with nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Responsible for thaw-pulls. Maintaining products in walk-ins and freezer. Ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion Read and execute food tickets Work the Expo window Assisting with kitchen help as needed Must have the following qualifications: Must obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays Must have reliable transportation Come join the fun!
