MUGA Insurance Services, powered by Del Toro Insurance, is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to grow production and income in a structured, high-performance sales environment serving the Texas market. This individual producer role operates within a dedicated sales pod and branch-based sales team with an assigned manager. The position focuses on personal auto and home, commercial auto, and business insurance, with base pay and uncapped bonuses supporting on-target earnings of $55,000–$85,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Sell personal auto, home, commercial auto, and business insurance products.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up with leads.
- Quote and bind policies across multiple carriers.
- Cross-sell additional products and generate referrals, including Life referrals.
- Maintain client relationships and support policy retention.
- Manage client and sales activity in the CRM.
- Maintain carrier relations and coordinate policy needs.
- Track production and achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in insurance sales.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling personal lines and commercial lines insurance.
- Experience with policy quoting and CRM software.
- Sales prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Client relationship management experience.
- Strong goal orientation and ability to work toward production targets.
