Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU)

Proforma Health Inc

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Critical Care Unit , providing direct patient care for a diverse critical and medical patient population. Responsibilities titratable IV drips chest tubes BiPAP high-flow oxygen stable tracheostomies (non-ventilated) The role involves prioritizing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans grounded in evidence-based practice and empathy. Qualifications current RN licensure in the appropriate state one year of relevant experience A bachelor’s degree Key Skills strong communication teamwork The ability to work in a higher-acuity environment.
