The Counseling Manager at Career Systems Development Corporation leads a team providing counseling and guidance services to young adults in a Job Corps training environment. In this Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm role, you will oversee intake, assess student needs, and develop individualized counseling and career plans that support academic, vocational, and personal success. You will coordinate referrals to internal and community resources, track outcomes and documentation, and work closely with instructional, residential, and career services staff to maintain a safe, inclusive, and student-centered campus climate aligned with CSD’s mission.
