Job Responsibilities Computed Tomography (CT) technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross‑sectional images that help doctors diagnose and treat patients. Perform diagnostic CT examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of a supervising radiologist. Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Demonstrate ability to perform advanced cardiac and vascular CT imaging and exhibit proficiency with cross‑sectional anatomy and physiology. Provide more complex technical care as necessary to meet identified patient needs. Qualifications Graduate of an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program or a JRCERT‑accredited hospital‑based training program. Minimum 1 year of CT experience. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) (CT). Advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT). BLS certified.
