As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans
• Helping with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents
• Coordinating dining room services, including meal tray delivery and feeding assistance
• Delivering nutritional supplements and documenting intake
• Assisting with weighing residents and recording weight changes
• Monitoring and reporting on the condition of residents' skin
• Supporting nursing staff with toileting program activities
• Completing daily flow sheets and documenting resident progress
• Communicating changes in resident conditions to nurses and supervisors

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Need 1 year experience in long-term care
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Travel experience
• BLS certification (Must be AHA)
• Successful work history with previous assignments longer than 13 weeks
• No disciplinary action in effect against certification
