Graphic Designer - PDP

A leading personal care retailer is undergoing an exciting digital brand transformation and is seeking a PDP Graphic Designer to help redefine the online customer experience. This role is dedicated to Product Detail Page (PDP) imagery and will play a critical part in bringing a new, elevated digital brand vision to life across thousands of products and multiple categories.

This is a highly specialized, production-focused position centered on image selection, photo editing, cropping, template execution, and PDP image enrichment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys working at scale while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

Reporting to the AVP of Digital Creative, this individual will collaborate closely with Digital Creative leadership, photography teams, production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the evolution of PDP content and storytelling across the ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Select imagery from high-volume product and lifestyle photography shoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards, product storytelling, and PDP requirements.
• Execute image cropping, formatting, and optimization using evolving PDP templates and design systems.
• Support the development and enhancement of PDP content, layouts, and visual storytelling experiences.
• Contribute to image enrichment initiatives and expanded distribution projects as assigned.
• Manage large volumes of digital assets while maintaining organization, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with creative, photography, and production teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work efficiently within aggressive production timelines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving creative systems, processes, and business priorities as the digital transformation continues to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on digital production, photography workflows, and ecommerce deliverables.
• Experience supporting photography shoots and post-production processes, including image selection and asset management.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of imagery and creative assets within a high-SKU retail, beauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer products environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Capture One , Adobe Creative Suite , and Figma .
• Strong understanding of digital design principles, image optimization, and ecommerce best practices.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while balancing quality, consistency, and deadlines.
• Comfortable operating within new or evolving design systems and creative processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital brand transformations or large-scale ecommerce initiatives.
• Background working with premium beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong digital design execution, visual storytelling, and innovative creative solutions.
