Benefits You Can Count On Pay Rate: Drivers make $65,000 to $90,000 annually in the first year. Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance. What You'll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver Inspect the tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports. Inspect the bill of lading and ensure key accuracy for off‑hour deliveries. Drive the tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises. Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications You'll Bring At least 21 years of age. Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A). At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
