Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years License: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: MS/Tele experience IV insertion Description: Providing quality health care in the community for over 60 years. Employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission. Serves all ages within the patient population. The facility has a total of 167 beds. The unit has a trauma level of III. The department utilizes Omnicell for medication dispensing and Meditech for electronic health records. The supervisor for this position is the Nursing Director. Patient ratios will be managed based on unit standards. Dress code requires scrubs in any color, avoiding casual wear. All clinical staff must be checked against the state-specific abuse registry prior to assignment.
