Your expertise will help accelerate renewable energy adoption by managing technical requirements, permits, and documentation necessary for grid connection. Join us in advancing sustainable energy solutions and making a tangible impact on our planet’s future!### Duties* Collaborate with utility providers and project teams to facilitate interconnection applications and approvals for solar projects* Review technical documentation, including system designs, interconnection agreements, and utility requirements, ensuring compliance with all standards* Manage the preparation and submission of interconnection requests using industry-standard construction management software and tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6* Coordinate site visits and inspections to verify project readiness for interconnection and ensure adherence to safety protocols* Track project milestones, schedules, and deadlines using project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to maintain momentum and transparency* Assist in negotiating contracts related to interconnection processes, permits, and utility agreements* Maintain detailed records of all correspondence, permits, approvals, and project documentation for audit readiness and future reference### Qualifications* Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the solar or renewable energy sector* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid interconnection procedures, and utility requirements* Familiarity with construction estimating, contracts management, and construction site experience is highly desirable* Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other project management tools* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently* Effective communication skills for liaising with utilities, contractors, vendors, and internal teams* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents accuratelyJoin our team as a Solar Interconnection Specialist where your expertise will accelerate clean energy projects from conception through successful grid integration.
