Our agency opened in 2011 and is a close-knit team of six who work together to support our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting and also worked as a State Farm team member, which helped shape my approach to building a strong, people-focused team. Im a graduate of Western Illinois University and a proud wife and parent of two college-aged children. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and catching local live music. Were also a dog-loving household with two pups. For our team, we offer unlimited vacation after one year, a Simple IRA, health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a fun, positive work environment. We stay actively involved in our community by sponsoring the county fair, supporting local youth sports teams, and participating in our Chamber of Commerce. Our office culture is supportive and team-oriented. As a smaller office, we value collaboration and helping each other succeed. Were looking for someone who brings optimism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to try new thingssomeone who enjoys being part of a team and growing both personally and professionally. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Julie Meyers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
