As a Carpenter on our dedicated Carpentry Team, you will primarily work on residential projects, contributing your expertise in both framing and finish carpentry. This role involves hands-on work from site preparation to installation and repair, ensuring quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Perform framing and finish carpentry tasks
- Cut materials accurately for various applications
- Install components according to project specifications
- Conduct repair work on residential structures
- Prepare job sites for efficient workflow
- Maintain safety compliance at all times
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment
- Take precise measurements to ensure quality
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, and woodworking
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Effective problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Good time management skills
