Physical Therapist
Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you'll provide essential therapy services to patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Evaluate and treat functional mobility, motor function, and muscular strengthening
- Create individualized plans of care with measurable functional goals
- Document services in compliance with APTA guidelines and billing standards
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence
- Develop discharge plans and recommend community resources
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Participate in educational programs and quality improvement initiatives
What We Need To See
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-level program in Physical Therapy
- Eligibility for current licensure with the New Mexico State Physical Therapy Board
- BLS certification required before employment begins
- At least 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapist experience
