Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,810–$1,919 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 1730–0600, 36 hours per week OB-related respiratory care experience preferred Housing options available; lodging assistance noted for the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support; fast credentialing assistance Responsibilities Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized respiratory care for patients based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer and monitor therapies including airway management, oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and ventilation support Monitor patient response to treatment, document findings, and adjust plans in collaboration with the care team Ensure safe operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment; adhere to infection control and safety practices Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other colleagues; participate in care conferences as needed Support OB-related respiratory care needs and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes Requirements Current Washington State license as Respiratory Care Practitioner Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Will practice within the scope of a respiratory care practitioner Preference for one year of current acute care experience; new graduates may be considered Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from wheelchair to bed, 5 pounds overhead; ability to push a 150-pound loaded stretcher 300 feet Vision and hearing adequate to perform procedures and charting; capable of working in a high-acuity, fast-paced inpatient setting OB experience is a plus and may be prioritized in scheduling Benefits and Support Housing options available (per-night or furnished studio accommodations) with local housing partners 24/7 recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing assistance for required licenses and certificates Competitive weekly pay with timely payments Extension opportunities may be available based on performance and unit needs Dedicated support throughout the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
