About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of academic policies and programs. This role involves overseeing the academic integrity of the institution, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, and ensuring that the academic mission is aligned with the overall goals of the organization. The Associate Dean will also be involved in faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation, as well as in the promotion of research and scholarly activities. Applicants for the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement. The role requires a deep understanding of academic governance, curriculum development, and assessment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior academic leadership role, with a proven ability to manage and mentor faculty and staff. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic settings is also a key requirement for this position.
