Desired Qualifications:

• Current New York Physical Therapist license
• School-based experience preferred, though not required
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement therapy for children ages 5-11

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to elementary school students as determined by their IEPs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress

• Engage students in fun, motivating activities that encourage motor improvement
