Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) 7-3/3-11 SHIFTS AVAILABLE - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Pawling, NY 12564

Job Type: CNA full time, 40 plus hours weekly, Starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required. 24-48 hour onboarding process if you have your documents ready to upload.

Rate: $25- $26 hourly, WEEKLY PAY

7-3/3-11 SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Benefits: Overtime at 1.5x Hourly Rate, consistent, ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours

Job Description:

As an CNA at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents. You will work closely with our team of nurses and healthcare providers to monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and assist in other medical procedures as required.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state of New York

Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Flexibility to adapt to various resident needs

Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

Help residents with mobility and transfers

Observe and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the nursing team

Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
