Mortgage Operations Leader — Branch Excellence & Compliance

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Mortgage Banking Operations Leader in Utah to oversee branch operational activities from loan application through funding. You will lead processors, loan assistants, and closing personnel while ensuring compliance with CFPB, RESPA, TILA, TRID, HMDA, ECOA, and agency guidelines.
