In this driving post, you will help maintain a professional presence at the entrance while delivering reliable, agile service rooted in teamwork, innovation, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour Job Schedule Sat: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, greeting visitors, and assisting with sign-in, badge distribution, and general questions. Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and front desk records related to visitor activity, deliveries, calls, and other security-related events. Support a professional lobby presence by observing activity in reception and nearby entry areas and helping to deter disruptions through visible attentiveness and timely communication. Minimum Requirements Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
