Responsibilities include evaluating repair needs, helping develop and verify scopes of work, monitoring construction progress, coordinating contractors, supporting permitting and inspections, and maintaining complete project documentation.
The Construction Coordinator works closely with the Regional Construction Manager, District Program team, contractors, inspectors, homeowners, and community partners to keep projects safe, organized, compliant, and on schedule.

• Strong organization, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
