Physical Therapist (Sports/Ortho)

Location:- Tacoma, WA
Shift:- Mon-Fri
Job Type:- Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sports / Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical conditions, and sports-related injuries. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to peak physical performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Assess and diagnose movement dysfunctions using evidence-based practices

• Treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including sprains, strains, and post-operative rehabilitation

• Apply manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications:-

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active and unrestricted state licensure

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation setting

• Certification such as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
