Role and Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory

· Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Coordinate vendor pickups and complete shipment drop-offs at carrier locations as needed

· Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

· Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance as trained and required

· Follow and help improve standard operating procedures, documentation, and 5S processes

· Cross-train in additional operational functions, including decoration or customization processes when applicable

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards

· Attend departmental meetings and participate in team initiatives

· Proactively suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

· Assist in achieving departmental performance goals (accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory control, etc.)

· Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time

· Uphold and demonstrate the company’s mission, vision, and core values in daily operations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in learning new software systems with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and shipping/labeling platforms. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (or willingness to be trained), maintain accurate inventory records, and follow standard operating procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 + lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow all safety guidelines.
