Salary and Benefits The pay for this position is $286,104 per year Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Certification courses reimbursement - $500 Tuition reimbursement - $1,000 Professional associations, medical license, and DEA registration fees covered Short Term/Long Term Disability Vacation time – up to 4 weeks Sick time – 10 days Personal time – 2 days 11 Paid Holidays Continuing Medical Education - $4,000 allowance with up to 5 days Life Insurance Retirement Package – 403b Eligible for Student Loan Repayment - Up to $50,000 Full support staff Responsibilities Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) One evening shift is required (11am-8pm) You will be working in the pediatric and adult medicine department 32 hours of direct clinical care 8 hours of administrative time 2-3 patients per hour Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients Providing direct outpatient patient care: history & physicals, exams, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care as appropriate.
