This role combines relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and business support to help people find work and help local companies meet their staffing needs. What You’ll Do Meet candidates in person to understand their experience, strengths, and goals Advocate for employees and support them throughout their assignments Prepare candidates for interviews with insights and expectations Maintain organized, accurate records in our internal database Coordinate interviews and hiring steps between candidates and clientsVisit client companies to learn their culture and staffing needs Promote candidate strengths and match them with the right opportunities Build long‑term client relationships through consistent communication Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business development What We’re Looking For No staffing experience required — we value communication, problem‑solving, and genuine connection.
