What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic media and technology location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and/or permissions, and report irregularities, policy violations, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support day-to-day site operations by providing directions, assisting with security-related questions, and maintaining a professional presence during high-traffic periods, special activities, and/or after-hours operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
