Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients at a Level II Trauma Center, supporting recovery and functional improvement. This travel position requires flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow facility policies and safety protocols during all interventions.
• Maintain proper documentation and communicate patient status to supervising staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to work scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Be flexible to work every other weekend and during holidays.
