In this pivotal role, you will engage with patients through telehealth platforms, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and treat a range of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your work will include addressing trauma, teaching vital communication and coping skills, and supporting clients through crises to foster resilience. We invite talented therapists who are passionate about enhancing mental health care to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
About the Organization\nDelamere Mental Health is committed to raising the standard of healthcare across the spectrum of mental health. Our team consists of skilled behavioral health clinicians who are unified in their mission to deliver exceptional care to individuals and families. We place a strong emphasis on professional development, providing our counselors with access to trauma-specific modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to ensure they can offer the highest level of care.

The technological infrastructure of our practice supports the delivery of high-quality care and allows you to maintain efficient documentation processes, ensuring that you can focus on providing therapeutic support rather than administrative burdens. Our collaborative and supportive team culture fosters mutual growth and helps clinicians thrive in the mental health field.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct therapy sessions with patients of varying age groups, including children, teens, and young adults, offering tailored support based on their unique mental health needs. \n
- Regularly meet with clients and their families to evaluate progress, provide ongoing counseling, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with fellow clinical team members, including clinical psychologists, LMHCs (Licensed Mental Health Counselors), and LCSWs (Licensed Clinical Social Workers), to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. \n
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards. \n
- Engage with Emora Health’s clinical leadership to enhance clinical practices and processes, striving to improve the therapeutic experience for families. \n
This position is centered on serving a diverse population, focusing on children, adolescents, young adults, and their families who are navigating mental health challenges and substance use issues. Your role is crucial in providing them with evidence-based support, tailored interventions, and a compassionate approach that respects their individual experiences and backgrounds.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Active and unrestricted Maryland state license to practice counseling or psychotherapy (LPC). \n
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience post-licensure, ideally within a mental health setting. \n

- Ability to perform independently without ongoing clinical supervision, showcasing a high level of professionalism and clinical acumen. \n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment. \n
- \n
- Experience in telehealth practice and working with advanced therapy methodologies. \n
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care and commitment to continuous learning in evidence-based interventions. \n
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with clinical documentation software and best practices. \n
The total compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a robust benefits package. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with generous PTO and paid holidays. We also offer opportunities for performance-based bonuses, flexible scheduling, and professional development support to help you advance your career.
Career Growth Opportunities\nAt Delamere Mental Health, your professional development is a top priority. We provide our counselors with the resources and support necessary to pursue continuing education, attain new certifications, and engage in specialized training. You will have the chance to expand your clinical skills and explore leadership roles within the organization as part of our commitment to fostering talent from within.
