What You'll Do

 

As a Team Lead, you will help manage daily cleaning operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of cleaners during your assigned shift
• Train new employees and reinforce company standards
• Conduct quality inspections and address performance concerns
• Monitor attendance and assist with staffing needs
• Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce company policies
• Communicate effectively with management, employees, and airport personnel
• Assist with daily operational challenges and problem-solving
• Serve as the acting shift leader when supervisors are unavailable

 

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Weekend availability required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

 

Leadership Experience Preferred:

 

• Team Lead
• Crew Leader
• Supervisor
• Shift Lead
• Janitorial Lead

Leadership experience from any industry is encouraged to apply.

Airport Security Requirements

 

All candidates must:

• Pass a fingerprint-based background check
• Obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge
