Service AdministratorConstruction CompanyWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our service team. This individual will play a key role in coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring service documentation and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming service requests from customers via phone and emailCoordinate and schedule technicians for inspections, repairs, maintenance, and service callsCommunicate appointment details, service updates, and scheduling changes with customersPrepare work orders, service tickets, proposals, and other service-related documentationEnter and maintain accurate customer, job, and service information in the company databaseTrack technician schedules and assist with dispatching and daily scheduling needsReview completed service reports and ensure all required documentation is receivedAssist with customer follow-up regarding outstanding proposals, service recommendations, and upcoming servicesSupport the preparation of invoices and ensure completed work orders are submitted to the appropriate departmentsMaintain organized electronic and physical files for service records, job documentation, and customer informationAssist with purchasing, ordering materials, and coordinating with vendors as neededProvide general administrative support to the Service Manager and service teamDeliver exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
