Responsibilities

• Perform front desk and administrative duties to support clinic operations
• Conduct DOT and non-DOT urine drug testing and breath alcohol testing in compliance with regulations
• Assist in patient check-in and check-out processes
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role
• Knowledge of DOT and non-DOT drug testing procedures and protocols
• Ability to perform urine and breath alcohol sample collection accurately
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Fingerprint and background check required by the city to obtain airport access badge
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) licensure preferred
• Previous experience working within a secure, airport, or healthcare setting preferred
• Schedule flexibility to support operational hours; temporary to permanent opportunity available for interested candidates
• Ability to handle sensitive documentation and maintain confidentiality
