Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within the Baton Rouge and South Louisiana region. This role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, building relationships, and closing sales using a proven system. Responsibilities Manage and grow a designated sales territory Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers Present customized bath remodeling solutions and close sales Follow up on company-provided, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) Build referral networks and local business relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success Track and report sales activity and performance Qualifications 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Schedule Full-time Evenings and weekends required (to accommodate customer availability) Base salary + uncapped commission On-target earnings of $85K–$100K+ Pre-qualified leads provided — no cold calling Paid training and ongoing support Marketing support for your territory Opportunities for career growth and advancement Work Location In-person (travel within assigned territory) #J-18808-Ljbffr
