Corporate Recruiter

Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This onsite role is based in New York, NY and supports full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing . The position focuses on managing the end-to-end candidate journey, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring priorities and timelines, and maintaining organized recruiting operations using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM . The team also handles high-volume recruiting while keeping candidate communication timely and consistent. What you'll do Support full-cycle recruiting , including sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring process support. Recruit for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing . Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, set priorities, and support hiring timelines. Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels and tools. Oversee applicant tracking activities to ensure accurate job postings, well-organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication. Communicate with candidates to provide updates, coordinate interviews, and support a strong candidate experience. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across the recruiting process. Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration. Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting activity and candidate information in the ATS and CRM . Support high-volume recruiting needs while staying organized, responsive, and focused on candidate service. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience. Recruitment experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing . Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles. Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; Workday is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications Recruitment experience in the Financial Services industry is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.
