Overview As a Team Member, you’ll help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that your service creates a delicious experience for Guests. We have multiple positions that range from Guest order taking, Order prep, and order preparation, and you will be taught to work at one of these positions based on Managers' discretion and your strength. Responsibilities Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis and support team members in delivering exceptional customer service. Be ready to jump in and help your team as needed. Training will place you at one of the available positions based on manager discretion and your strengths. Qualifications Ideal Candidate to join our team: You are eager to join the Arby’s Team and aren’t afraid to learn new work. You inspire smiles and have experience providing exceptional customer service, and you are punctual about working on a mutually agreed schedule. You’re not afraid to jump in and help your team. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
