Locums - Sayre, Pennsylvania, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Clinical Role: Seeking a provider Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Coverage Needed: September 1st - OngoingMonday-Friday Clinic (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)Rotating Call: 5pm-8am)Approximately 1 OR day per week with 4 cases per OR day Practice Info :Clinic approximately 14 patients per dayDedicated OR block timeRequired to do inpatient consults as neededEmergency Department consults requiredWeekend and after-hours facial trauma callApproximately 1:3 overnight call rotationSole call coverage when assigned45-minute response time required for call.Level I Trauma CenterEMR: Epic Clinical Procedures: Routine extractions, surgical extractions, and impacted third molar extractionsFacial trauma management, including mandible, maxillary, orbital, and soft tissue injuriesInfection management Support Team: 1 Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon3 Dental AssistantsSedation RN currently being recruited Qualifications: Board Certification requiredActive state license (or ability to obtain)Comfortable independently managing facial trauma, clinic, OR, and call responsibilities.
