What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a Dental Hygienist who is:
• Licensed: Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of North Dakota, in good
standing.
• Clinically Skilled: Proficient in patient assessment, prophylaxis, periodontal therapy,
radiographs, and patient education.
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with dental instruments, procedures, infection control, and
patient care protocols.
• Detail-Oriented: Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a gentle and reassuring
demeanor toward patients of all ages.
• Proactive: A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients.
• Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient
workflow.
• Professional: Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dental software and digital imaging.
