The Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) provides high-level project coordination and administrative oversight to support NICoE clinical administrative operations. This role ensures task execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking aligned with mission objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor clinical administrative projects and initiatives. Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across multiple functional areas. Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications. Support integration of clinical operations services. Prepare executive briefings, reports, and status updates. Assist with business process improvement and workflow optimization. Support records and information management activities. Provide transition planning support (transition-in/transition-out). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 7+ years of project coordination or program support experience.
