Restorerz Emergency Services is looking for motivated In-Home Sales Closers to join our growing team. You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners , provide personalized consultations, present solutions, and guide customers through the decision-making process.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments.

• Build rapport and establish trust from the start of each consultation.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, goals, and concerns.

• Present tailored solutions and explain their features and benefits.

• Conduct professional product demonstrations when appropriate.

• Answer questions and confidently address customer concerns and objections.

• Use consultative selling techniques to help homeowners make informed decisions.

• Present proposals and pricing clearly and professionally.

• Guide customers through the sales process and close new business.

• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and sales activity.

• Work with internal teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve strong results.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Previous experience in a sales closing role .

• Experience with in-home, consultative, home improvement, construction, restoration, or similar sales is a plus.

• A proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.

• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• The ability to listen carefully and recommend solutions based on customer needs.

• Confidence handling objections and guiding customers toward a buying decision.

• A professional and respectful approach when working inside customers' homes.

• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.

• A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Comfortable traveling to scheduled customer appointments.

• Comfortable conducting consultations and sales presentations in customers' homes.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earning potential: $120,000–$200,000 per year

Your total compensation is tied to your sales performance, giving experienced closers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings by delivering strong results.
