Located in the heart of Missouri’s lake country, Lake Regional Health System is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a stable, community-focused hospital committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a balanced schedule, a welcoming environment, and a lifestyle supported by one of the Midwest’s most scenic regions.

Opportunity Highlights

• Flexible scheduling – Full-Time (~12 shifts/month) & Part-Time (~6 shifts/month)
• $300/hour target compensation with RVU productivity
• 10-12-hour shifts with strong APP support
• 35-bed ED | 30K–35K annual volume | Level III Trauma Center
• Malpractice with tail included (1099 model)

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine , or
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
