Nurse Manager - Cath Lab - North
Hendrick Medical Center
Job Title
Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or received within 12 months)
- 2 years
- Registered Nurse
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Knowledgeable of therapeutic equipment
- Excellent human relations; oral/written; and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to input data into computer programs
- Ability to select, train, develop, and supervise human resources
- Ability to improve outcomes through knowledge of quality assessment and performance improvement activities
